PET POLICY
Pets welcome upon written approval with photos and up-to-date vet records. Limit of 2 pets per home. Non-refundable pet fee is $250 per pet. A $25 monthly pet rent will be charged per pet. Max weight at full growth 50 lbs. or under. All other pets will be on a case-by-case basis. Restricted breeds include German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow-Chows, and Mastiffs. Please contact us for details.
