Absolutely love Summit

“We’ve lived here for almost two years and I absolutely love Summit Apartments. Starbucks, Chipotle, Aldi, & Planet Fitness are all walkable from our apartment… The complex is nestled right next to the park and walking trail. The grounds are very well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the apartments are. Management is excellent…They are extremely responsive, communicative, friendly, & professional. You can tell that they strive excellence and take pride in their work. We’ve also had great experiences with the maintenance team! They do a great job! Any issues we’ve had have been addressed quickly and resolved. We’ve found our home to be quiet and pretty serene, landscaping is always taken care of and there’s plenty of parking. We love that it’s pet friendly and the neighborhood is lovely to take walks through.

Peaceful and safe

Renting your first apartment can feel unfamiliar and intimidating, but thankfully, I never had to experience that feeling while living at Summit Apartments. Amanda Ferrero has been nothing but helpful and accommodating since I learned about Summit and is a huge reason why I’m a current resident. The surrounding area is peaceful and safe, while being very accessible to various shops and restaurants. It also less than a mile from the interstate, making commutes very convenient. Amanda has nearly 20 years of leasing experience and has been with AJH at Summit Apartments since 2018. When she’s not helping new residents find their perfect home, Amanda enjoys concerts, spending time with loved ones, and preparing and planning for events, be it holidays, birthdays, and outings, including baking and preparing meals for others to enjoy. One of the best ones ever

For my very first apartment experience, it seems that I lucked into one of the best ones ever. To explain a little, the staff is very accommodating when you first meet them and even when they change, the customer service is still top tier. Living here for over 2.5 years, the maintenance seems to be on point as well with my experience. I once had a leaking toilet and after a reasonable amount times to repair it, they replaced with a brand new one within 24/48 hours. Overall, if you are looking for an apartment and it might be your first time renting, this place would be your best bet. Would I stay at this place again in my lifetime if I had the chance? 100%.

Our 809 Bradley Ct apartment is truly a haven of comfort and warmth. The well designed layout creates a cozy atmosphere that perfectly balances functionality and aesthetics. Beyond physical attributes apartment is situated in a fantastic location, offering convenient access to amenities, parks and vibrant community spaces. The area is perfect

We love living at Summit Apt Homes. The apartments are super soundproof. So clean, love the layout. The neighbors are nice. The area is perfect, so close to everything! Feel safe! I love taking my dog for a walk around the lake. They spray regularly for bugs, which keeps them away (very woodsy) Maintenance always comes so quickly! Never had any problems! The communication with the admin staff is amazing! Amanda and Laura are the best! I would definitely recommend anyone to make this their home!
